A
Booking of Appointments for Counselling Sessions
Counselling sessions are strictly by confirmed appointment.
An appointment is considered confirmed only when:
The Therapist and Client have agreed upon a scheduled time; and Full payment is made within 24 hours of booking.
You will receive a text message and/or email confirming your appointment. Please call or email us if you do not receive a confirmation.
As the booking is reserved exclusively for you, cancellation charges will apply in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy outlined below.

Payment of Fees
We accept payments via Alma, where you will be required to add a credit or debit card.

Cancellation and Refunds
All counselling sessions are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.Paid sessions must be utilized within six (6) months from the date of payment. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

Rescheduling – Individual & Couples Counselling Sessions
All rescheduling requests must be made via text message or email.
More than 24 hours notice: Rescheduling is allowed at no additional charge.
Within 24 hours: An $80 fee will be charged unless a valid reason (e.g., a medical emergency) is provided.
Valid reasons for waiving rescheduling fees are subject to approval and may require supporting documentation.

Rescheduling – Marriage Intensive Programmes
(i) 2-Day Programme
Within 14 days (336 hours): 50% of the programme fee will apply.
Within 7 to 3 days (168 to 72 hours): 100% of the programme fee will apply.

No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session and does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will beconsidered a no-show. The session will be forfeited, and a 100% fee will apply.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. The most current version w ill always beavailable on our website. If any changes materially affect your rights as a consumer, we will notify you by email.
